No elevator, this is a walk up building. One block away from the Myrtle and Broadway off the J & M train. L train 10-15 minute walk to Morgan Ave. coffee lovers will appreciate the nearby sips cafe (Natural Blends, Concrete Jungle, Bushwick Bakery & many others). grocery stores are just a short walk away for all your essentials. Deli in the corner but also dollar general and other similar places near by. There are also lots of bars Hanks or Rebecca’s near by and so many more. perfect for anyone looking for a cozy place in a vibrant neighborhood.
