The subway is close, you’ve got the W 4 St-Wash Sq station for the A, B, C, D, E, F, and M trains, and the Christopher St-Stonewall and Houston St stations for the 1 train are both about a five-minute walk. There’s always something going on around here, and you’re surrounded by a ton of great food and classic Village bars. The apartment is furnished, with two bedrooms and one bathroom.
