Publix, ER, Starbucks, small shops and fast-casual food just 3 miles away. Camp Creek Marketplace, Walmart and Union City ~10 min away as well. Planning on occupying one room myself, and renting just one more out; leaving the other 2 for an occasional guest -- either yours or mine -- and some office space.
