You’ll have your own private roof and respectful neighbors. Very quiet, tree lined street. Unit has washer / dryer in unit as well as WiFi, TV, a workstation and all the things you’d need. Conveniently located around the corner from the R/N/W/Q trains and a couple blocks from the F. The G is a 8 minute walk and you are 1 stop from Barclays where you can catch any train in the city. You could also walk to Barclays in 10 min.
