Rent is $500 a week not including utilities (rent will be paid upfront depending on the number of weeks you would like to stay), you’d be living with my sister she’s a 31 yr old investment banker at Goldman Sachs she’s is super clean, kind, easygoing, and very easy to live and communicate with! We recently moved in so the apartment is slightly bare. but, the Apartment has so much natural light from the skylights. you’d have the first bedroom w an en-suite bathroom, and access to the third bedroom/office (guest bedroom) a full closet, two floor walk up, laundry in unit, 5 minute walk from the neighborhood favorites like Dollys Coffee Shop and the Cobbler Bushwick. 6 mins from the L or J train and 10 min walk from the C train. Near lots of cafes, restaurants, bars, etc! Room will come with bed, dresser, and full closet. Theres a cleaner who comes in the 1st of every month! you’d pay a $500 security deposit prior to move in that will be refunded via the original payment method barring any issues.
