1/3 tenants are abroad for the Fall 2026 semester. looking for one person

I'm currently looking for two subletters (preferably women) for the Fall 2026 semester (August 2026-December 2026). The apartment is located on E. 191st Street (right outside Walsh gate!) on the Rose Hill Campus. Rent is $1,800 per month ($5,400 split between three people), and the amenities are included (Wi-Fi, heating/hot water, and electricity). The apartment is fully furnished, and each bedroom has a bed/mattress and a nightstand. In the living room, we are provided a dining table + chairs, a couch, and a smart TV. Laundry is in-unit, and there is a dishwasher, a stovetop/oven, a microwave, and a full-sized fridge.
