Room Available/Lease Takeover in 2 bedroom apartment- IMMEDIATE move in for October 💛🫶🏾 Hi everyone!! I’m looking for preferably a girl to fill my room in a 2-bedroom apartment in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn starting as soon as possible. ✨ $1,675 (your portion) + utilities (electricity) & wifi ($30). * washer and dryer in unit * 🏡 The apartment has a private balcony and an upstairs living area, which has a really cute view of the city! The roommate you’d be living with also has a small girl cat who is superrr friendly! 🐈‍⬛🧡 Her cat isn’t too well with other cats/dogs, so no other pets please! Looking to fill spot ASAP. Must have rent ready for October. Serious inquiries only. If you’re interested or want more details, please private message me! I can send more pictures/videos of the apartment, answer any questions, and offer tours.
