Flatbush/Prospect Park is easy to get around, Newkirk Plaza is about a 10 minute walk for the B and Q trains, and you can get to the 2 or 5 at Flatbush Av-Brooklyn College in about 15 minutes. Target and Picky Eaters are both on Flatbush Ave if you need groceries or want a quick bite, and Cortelyou Road and Newkirk Plaza for coffee runs and livelihood. That Coffee Shop is also in the neighborhood if you want something a little more chill. The apartment is furnished and has one bedroom and one bathroom. If you’re looking for a spot that’s close to trains and has a bunch of things nearby, it works well for that. Also peaceful space. Great natural lighting to wake up to and for selfies. Don’t worry about the reptile tank in the living room. It will be removed before move-in of sublet. Please be mindful of utility usage such as unplug anything that you are not using in the time being. Absolutely no parties and please no pets :(. Im an animal lover too but just need to avoid any furniture damage (accidents, fur, scratches, etc). Youre more than welcome to use the espresso machine but please let me know beforehand.
