THIS IS IN COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, NOT NEW YORK!!! Private room with your own bathroom available in a 4x4 unit at Campus Lodge. You'll have a shared living room, kitchen, in-unit laundry room, and and big balcony facing trees. Lots of natural light in the unit. There's also amenities such as a gym, pool, basketball court, volleyball court, grills, and a small dog park. Pet friendly! (There will be a pet fee when you move in and pet rent added on if it's not an ESA or service animal, I believe.) All current roommates are moving out, so you'll have a fresh start with 3 new people. It was a great home for 4 years while I was in college, but I'm ready to move on :) NOTE: I'll get your information so we can text off the app to avoid scammers. You will be signing your own lease at campus lodge to take over my lease, so you will be financially responsible for making rent every month to them not to me. It is a Relet, not sublease, and you'll have the opportunity to resign for next year at the same low rate if you enjoy living there.
