I am a recent graduate of the Cooper and am leaving my apartment in Crown Heights Brooklyn at the end of August. It’s a rather large bedroom even by non NYC standards with a shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom. The roommates are one current Cooper student and one recent alumni. The apartment is next to an organic grocery store and a quick walk to the 2,3,4, and 5 trains. Looking for someone to take over my lease at the beginning of September. My portion of the rent is 1200+ some utilities. The landlord is great. I can vouch for the roommates myself. They are kind and clean.
