private room in LIC

looking for a TEMPORARY sublet to take over the second room in my 2B2B apartment in long island city (vernon blvd stop) from january 2027 - july 1 2027. the rent is $2,280/month not including utilities. utilities are usually anywhere around 150-300/month depending on the season. we would also prefer a woman subletter! there will be no option to extend the stay as the original owner will be coming back. for the same purposes, the room is furnished and we prefer that there is no additional furniture brought it unless it is something small like a nightstand. the room bas a bathroom attached and has a full size bed with storage underneath. about the apartment & building: - laundry in unit - 1 cat living in the apartment (no additional pets please!) - doorman and amenity building (gym and office access for $50/month) - 5 min walk from the vernon blvd jackson station - 5 min walk to gantry park - parking available if needed
