You’ll find coffee shops and grocery stores just a short walk away. Getting around is easy with the subway close by. The R,E,F trains are a minute walk away and will take you straight to the city. Alternatively, the 7 and W trains are only a 7 minute walk away. What’s even better is that you can get to LGA in 15 minutes or JFK in 25-30 minutes by car or take the E to JFK’s air train! The current occupant (me) is moving abroad for a work stint and the unit is available for a sole sublet to span 7 months. Looking for someone who will love and care for this place as much as I did! P.S: The utilities charge covers just internet. Water and Gas are free in the building but you’ll have to set up a ConEd service for electricity (it’s quick and seamless)
