Subletting a spacious 132 sq ft furnished flex room in a 2BR/3-person apartment in luxary Hell’s Kitchen apartment. The building has an elevator, gym, washer/dryer, doorman, and an outdoor roofdeck patio. The room has dishwasher, hardwood floors, & a full kitchen. Great Hell’s Kitchen location with easy access to Midtown, restaurants, bars, and transit. The room is a 132 square foot drywall flex room with about a 1-foot gap between the wall and ceiling. It has two windows and will be fully furnished with everything brand new: a queen bed, 12-inch hybrid mattress, Coop Home adjustable pillow, and four under-bed storage bins. The bed, mattress, and flex wall will be set up on the morning of August 29. I’m 22 and will be starting full-time as a tech analyst at Deloitte on October 12. My roommates, started the lease in August, so I’m looking to sublet my room until I move in on October 10th. You’d be living with two recent grads—one also from Duke and the other from Cornell.
