The unit itself has in-unit laundry, dishwasher, aircondtioning and heating, wifi, all general appliances, and a walk-in closet. There are concrete accents on the ceiling as well as the wall, and there are floor to ceiling windows that are professionally cleaned and come with blinds installed. The building has a gym with several gym equipment, a ski simulator, an outdoor pool, outdoor grills with seating, rooftop views, and a rooftop room that is available for events. There are three elevators, and a trash chute just down the hallway. The area is quiet, but there are still plenty of things to do. There are several restaurants in walking distance, a coffee shop just next door, and Whole Foods and King Soopers are both in walking distance (around a 4 minute walk total). There's security at all times, and a concierge service that has been so helpful at any time of day. Parking is unfortunately not included but there are several garages within walking distance for fair prices. Pets are allowed as well, pet rent is only $35 unless you have an ESA certified pet. There is a dog walk and a dog grooming station on property, there are a couple of dog parks in the area, and Jasper Towers has a wonderful pet community. Base rent is about $1350 and utilities are around $100. Parking is not included with the building but garages in the area offer as low as $50 a month for garage parking.
