Cute, spacious, high ceiling studio in the Upper East Side with cozy vibes. Perfect for solo living or a couple. The apartment has a private bathroom and a full kitchen for all your cooking needs, plus laundry in the building and elevator access. Coffee lovers will appreciate nearby favorites like Birch Coffee, Bluestone Lane, and 787 Coffee Co. For groceries, Morton Williams, Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s are just around the corner. You’ll also have easy access to the Q (5min walk) and 6 (10min walk) subway lines. It’s a great neighborhood with parks, cafés, restaurants, and local shops nearby. Pretty much everything you need is within walking distance. A couple of things to note: 1. There’s a sports bar downstairs, so it can get noisy late at night, especially on weekends. If you’re usually a deep sleeper or already asleep by then, it shouldn’t be a problem. However, I wouldn’t recommend the apartment for light sleepers. 2. I regularly cat-sit in the apartment. While I clean thoroughly, I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you have a cat allergy.
