Only a few doors down from one of the best laundromats on the lower east side which is a huge plus. coffee lovers will appreciate the nearby spots like Abraço and Momofuku Milk Bar. groceries are easy to grab at C,Town Supermarket or Trader Joe’s. getting around is a breeze with the F and L trains close by. plenty of bus options too. this place is ideal for anyone looking to soak up the East Village energy while having a comfy home base. I have a service animal (13 years old dog)! I’m open to pets just need to know ahead of time, and you’ll have to pay a pet fee!
