Perfect for someone who loves the excitement of the city but looking for a comfy, calm spot to come home to. Got a room available in a luxury building apartment called Starling. Very convenient for getting around, with easy access to public transit. you’re close to the waterfront and the grove street area, so plenty of coffee shops and grocery stores nearby. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is next to public transit (lightrail) and 10 minutes away from Exchange Place. Very easy and fast commute to Manhattan - Get to WTC in 15 minutes by public transit! Lots of natural light, furnished, has wifi, and in an adorable spot with coffee shops and restaurants (family friendly). Each person has their own bathroom. There’s a current tenant in the master room who is super quiet but very sweet and clean. The available room is larger than the master and has a bigger closet. The bathroom is in the hallway and only available to the person in this room. The place is pet friendly and furnished if needed. Building Amenities: • Virtual doorman & secure package room • Gym and co-working spaces • Rooftop lounge with outdoor seating and dining areas • Golf simulator • Bike storage & dog run • On-site restaurants and regular building events/art programming The rent for this room is normally $2000.
