Right in the middle of Chelsea, the apartment is a 5 minute walk to both the C/E and 1 trains at 23rd Street, so getting anywhere is pretty easy. Yanni’s Coffee is just up on 7th Ave for your morning coffee, and there are plenty of good spots for groceries and food around here too. Madison Square Park isn’t far if you want some green space. It’s a furnished two bedroom, one bath, and the building has an elevator and laundry downstairs, which makes life a bit simpler. Good spot if you want to be in a central part of Manhattan without feeling too crowded. The gym in the building is an extra plus.
