I'm subletting my furnished bedroom while I'm out of the country, available from Sept 1st through September 30th. It's a 3-bedroom apartment in really chill Clinton Hill. The apartment has laundry in-unit and a dishwasher, which is honestly a lifesaver. The whole place has cozy vibes and a really good layout. If you're into coffee, you're in luck-Choice Market and Prima Brooklyn are both nearby for your caffeine fix, and groceries are just a quick walk away. The G train is close too, so getting around the city is super easy. It's a great spot for anyone who wants a comfy home base with everything you need right there. Youd be sharing the apartment with two very laid-back and nice roommates (2 males one is 25 and an architect second is 33 and in finance). We keep the place clean and tidy, and the living room has a projector for movie nights or whenever you feel like watching something.
