The room is not furnished, but comes with two closets, an ac unit, and lots of natural light. The shared space will be furnished, and has plenty of storage in the kitchen cabinets. The unit is a second floor walk up, has a working dishwasher, microwave, gas stovetop, and a split unit in the living room. There is laundry on-site in the basement, but clean laundromats are closeby if the machines are in-use. Local coffee shops, restaurants, and groceries are just a short walk away. Transit is easy with nearby access to the J, A, C trains, as well as many bus routes! Room opens October 1, but would love to catch a vibe before then to find the right fit!
