Fully Furnished Room in Herald Square Luxury Building — $2,500/month + utilities Looking for one roommate to join our 3 bed / 1 bath apartment in Herald Square starting Aug 29, 2026 (can be Sept 1 too if needed). This is long-term only through the end of the lease on June 30, 2027 — no short-term / partial stays. The available room is the largest bedroom in the apartment and comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, side table, dresser, and a huge closet, so move-in is very easy. The apartment is in one of the most convenient locations in Manhattan — steps from Penn Station/Herald Square, and near multiple subway lines. The building has great amenities including a 24/7 doorman, gym, laundry, elevators, resident lounges, coworking spaces, and a rooftop with amazing Empire State Building views. You’d be living with two guys in their mid-20s. I work in renewable energy investing, and the other roommate is starting law school at Fordham. We’re both (very) clean, easygoing, social and busy during the week at work/school. New Girl is one of my favorite shows, and I’d say I’m definitely more of a Schmidt, so we’re looking for a Jess or Nick or Winston to complete the apartment! Since we have one bathroom and a small kitchen, I’m ideally looking for someone whose daily schedule is not too similar to mine, i.e. not corporate hours. I usually leave for work between 8–9 AM and come home around 8–10 PM, so a slightly different routine would make the apartment flow much better.
