Looking for one roommate to join our 3 bed / 1 bath apartment in Herald Square from August 2, 2026. The available room is the largest bedroom in the apartment and comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, side table, and a huge closet, so move-in is very easy. The apartment is in one of the most convenient locations in Manhattan; steps from Penn Station, Herald Square, Bryant Park, Koreatown, NoMad, Chelsea, and multiple subway lines. The building has great amenities including a 24/7 doorman, gym, laundry, elevators, resident lounges, coworking spaces, and a rooftop with amazing Empire State Building views. You’d be living with two guys in their mid-20s. I work in renewable energy investing, and the other roommate is from Canada and starting law school at Fordham. We’re both clean, respectful, easygoing, and pretty busy during the week. The apartment is not a party house, but we’d love someone friendly who’s down to chat, hang out occasionally, and keep a good home dynamic.
