I am looking for a girl/nonbinary person to sublet my room in our 3br/3bath apartment in prospect park south while I’m studying abroad next spring (will probably shake out to beginning of January-early May of 2027)! You will be living with my two wonderful female roommates (ages 24 and 25) who are very kind, appreciate open communication, and like to hang out together at home and out on the town! We are a career/school-focused household, so noise should generally be kept to a minimum. We do host friends frequently though (and the apartment is great for that)! My room has huge windows, a full en-suite bathroom with a tub and small closet, and will be furnished. Our apartment has in-unit laundry, a balcony, and all the essential kitchen appliances, all up to date. Our apartment building is very new with secure entry, central air, a mailbox area, a trash room on each floor, an elevator, and a rooftop.
