Spacious bedroom with lovely light, two large closets, backyard space, and shared kitchen + bathroom. 3 min walk to M/J train at flushing Ave. and 20 min to downtown manhattan. Two-bedroom apartment with rooms on opposite sides for privacy. My roommate is employed full time (M-F 9am-6pm and often goes to Jersey for the weekends) We met on our first day at FIT and have been besties for almost 5 years now. Look for someone to move in ASAP for September and if you would like, the option to renew the lease is available in October
