Hey gents! I'm looking for a friendly, grounded, down-to-earth male - gay or gay-friendly — to sublet my historic cottage in the heart of beautiful and adventurous Los Feliz proper. I've recently been let go after a 31-year career in this continually shrinking entertainment industry, and it's time for me to start thinking about what I truly want in life without being tied to "the industry" while I look into other adventures. I plan to spend more time, and hopefully full-time eventually, at my cabin in the local mountains, which I also have a unit available at - contact me if you're interested in that rental too. The most important things are that we get along well, respect each other’s space and privacy, and are honest and fair - what's mine is mine unless offered otherwise, basically a normal roommate situation, though I may or may not be at the cottage for long stretches at a time. The neighborhood has every type of restaurant, bar, coffee shop, market, and entertainment, plus hiking, all within steps of the front door. This sublet comes fully furnished and starts as a month-to-month lease, with the option to go longer term.
