private room in Downtown Brooklyn

* open to shorter stays of 1 or 2 weeks * I’m renting out the second bedroom in my modern, fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment in Downtown Brooklyn. The apartment gets tons of natural light, has beautiful NYC skyline views, and is in one of the neighborhood’s newest luxury buildings. The Apartment * Spacious second bedroom that doubles as a home office * Comfortable sleeper sofa, desk, TV, and closet space * Fully furnished living room with plenty of natural light * Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook, including a high-end espresso machine * Great setup for someone who works remotely Building Amenities One of my favorite things about the building is how much it has to offer: * Outdoor pool with cabanas and lounge seating * Fully equipped gym, yoga and Pilates studios * Indoor basketball and pickleball courts * Sky lounge with amazing NYC views * Coworking spaces, private work areas, and library * 24-hour attended lobby and concierge * Dog run and pet spa Location The location is honestly one of the best parts. You’re right in Downtown Brooklyn, with DUMBO, Fort Greene, Brooklyn Heights, Boerum Hill, and Cobble Hill all nearby. * Easy access to the A, C, F, G, B, Q, R, 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains * Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, City Point, and DeKalb Market Hall nearby * Tons of great coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and bakeries within walking distance * Close to Fort Greene Park, Brooklyn Bridge Park, and the waterfront * Easy commute into Manhattan Who Would Be a Good Fit Ideally looking for someone who’s clean and easygoing. The apartment would be great for a young professional, someone working remotely, or someone who’s new to NYC and wants a short term comfortable, fully furnished place without having to worry about setting everything up. I’m also flexible on the length of stay, including shorter stays of 1–2 weeks. Happy to share more details or pictures if interested!
