Hi all, I’m looking for a new roommate to share rent in my apartment on in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. The new lease starts on October 1st for 1 year ($1937 excluding utilities). It’ll be my 5th time renewing and I would love to find someone who will love the space as much as I do. It’s a true gem in the area. It’s a 15 min walk from the Brooklyn Museum and close to subways 2, 3, 4, 5, A, C and LIRR. Bedroom available is queen size and the apartment is very spacious with a lot of natural light throughout. The entire place is furnished apart from the room. There is a home office and closets in every room. I’m a 29yo French/American professional working freelance in tech/media. I love attending fashions shows, co-working at the soho house, doing pilates and making dirty martinis at home. I love curating an aesthetically pleasing space, occasionally going clubbing while also valuing some quiet time at home. I would love to find a woman with an established career/income, who values cleanliness and good communication. I work fully remote so I’d love to find someone who works in person and who also likes cats (I don’t have pets but am thinking of adopting a kitty in the future). Please DM me if you’re interested.
