🏠 Room for Rent – Available Now I’m looking for someone to rent out my extra guest bedroom in my 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home. I’m currently staying in one room and my friend is in the other, so this would be for the remaining bedroom. 💰 Rent: $700/month (somewhat negotiable, but pretty firm) ✅ Utilities included 🚿 Bathroom has a walk-in shower 🧺 Dryer works great 🧼 Washer is currently not working it spins but no water comes out from the hose, but I’m working on getting it fixed (for now I’ve been hand washing some clothes then throwing them into the washer) Please note: the room does not come with a mattress or box spring, so you would need to provide your own.
