Apartment has a laundry. , so no need to trek out for clean clothes. there’s an elevator too, which is nice for hauling groceries. TV will be put up . coffee shops , many places too eat and grocery stores are just around the corner. You have 2 different supermarkets , one up the block and the other across the street, fine fare supermarket is closer. transit is easy with the subways and many busses nearby, making it a breeze to get to manhattan, crosstown from east to west and beyond. Barber shop 300 feet away Salon 200 feet away Braiding hair 300 feet away Nail salon 150 feet away perfect spot for someone looking for a laid,back place in a vibrant neighborhood.
