Looking for someone to sublease a room starting September 1st, with avails to stay through October 15th. The apartment is a 2 bed/1 bath walk-up (3rd floor) in Crown Heights, within 7 minutes of the 2/3/4/5/C trains, and 12 minutes from the LIRR at Nostrand Ave. Sunny and cozy, with lots of delicious restaurants and bars nearby along Franklin Ave. Close to Prospect Park, Brooklyn Botanic Gardens, and Brooklyn Museum. Laundry and grocery store within 2 minutes walk. Room is fully furnished, and kitchen has pots, pans, etc. for your use. Rent is $1700/month inclusive of utilities (electric, gas, WiFi). Sharing apartment with one roommate (me, Ian! Late-20's, working in theater/entertainment). LGBTQ/women preferred, no pets please. DM if interested!
