The best part is being right by Riverside Drive, with the park just across the street for walks or a run. The 1 train at 157 St and 145 St is about a 10 minute walk, same for the C train at 155 St, so you’ve got good subway options in both directions. Hamilton Heights has great restaurants nearby as well as everything else you could need/want. I have lived in this area for three years now and adore it. It’s a furnished apartment with five bedrooms and two bathrooms. You would share a bathroom with three other people. All are artists and neat and tidy. It is imperative you clean up after yourself in common areas. We also have weekly chores assigned. They take no more than 5-10 min though (ex. Taking out trash, unloading dishwasher, sweep, etc). Dishes can be left in the sink no longer than 24 hours. Roommates are very chill, out the house a bit for work, quiet.
