Prospect Park is right up the block, which is great for morning runs or just hanging out. The Brooklyn Museum and the Botanic Garden are also in the neighborhood if you want something different for the weekend. The apartment has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The building has an elevator, which makes things easier when you have groceries or luggage. The park being right there is a big plus.
