Hi I’m subletting my room in prime Bed-Stuy right next to Herbert Von King Park near the G train (Bedford Nostrand Stop) and A/C trains (Nostrand Ave and Kingston Throop stops). The B52 bus stop is right outside and takes you straight to downtown Brooklyn and Trader Joe’s! It’s available asap through August 31st while I’m traveling for the month. There is a dishwasher, spacious kitchen and living room, and shared extra office + artist studio room. The apartment is up one flight of stairs and located on Tompkins Ave next to lots of cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. The room is fully furnished and includes a desk for working. You can also use the office room and desks too. The room is facing the away from Tompkins Avenue so it’s very quiet and comfortable for sleep. Laundry mat is right outside, less than a block away. You would be sharing the apartment with 2 lovely roommates who I’ve know for over 5 years (both women, 27 years old, very kind and clean). The apartment is very spacious and located on Tompkins Avenue right next to Herbert Von King Park.
