small room in prospect heights / crown heights neighbourhood. comes with a twin/double bed, closet, curtains, and wifi + cleaning included in rent. in a very safe, trendy, and diverse neighbourhood oriented around the Brooklyn meseum, grand army plaza, and prospect park. building has a gate and pin code for everything that belongs to this apartment. super close to 2,3,4,5,S trains. i’m talking less than a 4 minute walk. 20-25 minute commute into downtown manhattan this is a unit managed by an online rental company. that means you most likely won’t meet the landlord face to face, you’ll get weekly cleaning, and an online rental portal included in your stay. please note im only lease swapping this room for the whole six month duration (sept 2026 - end of feb 2027) if you’d like to move in earlier, let me know which date you prefer and I may be able to move myself out earlier good credit and income is required, however, the rental company allows guarantors so long as they are approved. (they’re very easy with the process) before starting a conversation, please let me know what date you NEED to move in by and if you need an in-person tour first. message me if you have any questions, i respond quickly!
