Really nice spot in the East Village, with the 1 Av L train about a five minute walk away and Astor Pl for the 6 also close. La Cabra and Abraco are both nearby if you’re into good coffee, and there’s B & H Dairy and Danny & Coop’s for food in the neighborhood. You’d have your own room in a shared apartment, with a private bathroom. The place is fully furnished, has a kitchen with a dishwasher, and there’s a washer and dryer in the building. Gym and elevator in the building too. No pets allowed. The little garden out back is a nice bonus, and there’s even a BBQ grill for when the weather’s good.
