I am looking for a friendly, grounded, down-to-earth male preferably - gay or gay-friendly — to sublet my historic cottage in the heart of beautiful and adventurous Los Feliz proper. This is a good sized 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub, kitchen, small bar or dinning area, livening, front porch with beautiful foliage and a back seating lounging area. This is an ideal location as it is walking distance to Griffith Park as well walking distance to all shops, restaurants, bars, markets, banks, library, etc. up and down Hillhurst, N Vermont, Hollywood, Sunset, etc. This sublet comes fully furnished with a large flat screen TV, Bose theater speakers, large stovetop oven range, stainless steel refrigerator, coffee maker, work desk and chair, sectional couch, side chair, bar top, an old school arcade tabletop with 9 different games. With this sublet it is importable that my guest and I have a good respectful understanding as there may be times I’ll need to come and crash on the couch but this will likely be rare and could be not at all during your stay. I am in the possess of moving to my cabin in the mountains so due to this I may need access to my things in this sublet and also just need to be in the city for a night here or there but it will likely not be often or possibly not at all. I am open to month-to-month, 6 month, or 1 year lease agreements. I also have a cabin in our local mountains that I rent a 1 bedroom with bath and living room area and separately rent a loft bedroom with bath both as a clothing optional gay resort with a traditional sauna on site.
