The best part is being right by the water, it's a really nice spot to walk. You're a 5 minute walk to the East Broadway F train, and Delancey St-Essex is about 15 minutes if you need more lines. There are tons of restaurants around, Congee Village is close by for late night eats, and Dimes is solid for breakfast or lunch. Chinatown is right next door if you want to grab groceries or check out bakeries. The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. You'll have your own private room, share the kitchen and bathroom, and there's laundry in the building. The elevator and gym are both a plus. All pets are allowed here.
