Looking for someone to take over my lease! Leaving abroad on August 9th, and roommates are looking to resign on August 31st. The apartment is a 10 minimum walk from the L and the C train along with a 7 minute walk from the J. My roommates are all performers so if you enjoy being around good energy people, you would enjoy your time living together. There are also countless bodegas near, and a laundry mat around the corner. The room will not be fully furnished, but there is a good amount of space to do as you please. Feel free to reach out if interested !
